Just as in Retrophin’s federal securities fraud litigation against Marty, now the Fox firm may be disqualified, in the Painter securities fraud litigation…

Here is the whole memo of law, but it is likely that the able judge will rule Marty must find new counsel in the Turing/Vyera matter in the Eastern District of New York, as well. He no longer gets an essentially “free ride“, on the back of Turing/Vyera’s corporate coffers.

Here is a bit of Mr. Painter’s argument:

Now you know. Be excellent to each other, as we incredulously learn (seemingly akin to so many of those goofy Shkreli antics), Dennis “The Worm” Rodman will attend the North Korea summit, on the tab of a pot-infused-bitcoin company. [Charming — so his kicks (which I owned, in the 90s) grace the pull quote above.]

Sounds (a lot!) like… Marty — but, no… this is your president, at “work“. Try as I might, I could not make this stuff up! The truth is indeed far stranger… and in many ways, sadder.

Sheesh.

I do hear you, but if you posit (like in the defense of Retrophin), Fox is being slow paid (or no paid) by Marty, this is a motion Fox may not contest… very vigorously.

Note that new counsel has already filed an appearance for Marty personally in the SDNY, in the Retrophin matter — and Fox (happily, I think)… already withdrew.

      Namaste!
